U.K.–based Europa Capital has launched a new European debt fund, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
Europa UK Debt Fund III will provide a balanced portfolio of loans secured by commercial real estate assets across the United Kingdom with no sector or geographical concentration risk. The fund will also write loans against income-producing property with a focus on multi-leased portfolios that benefit from strong asset managers.
The core-plus vehicle has raised €50 million ($60 million) to date, against a target of €350 million ($424 million), according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
