Two iconic Irish hotels hit the market

Two sister hotel properties are for sale in Ireland, according to global real estate adviser CBRE, which was appointed to sell the properties.

Park Hotel Kenmare and The Lansdowne Kenmare, in a prime location in the Heritage Town of Kenmare, could be sold individually or together by private treaty with a combined guide price of €20.5 million ($22 million).

Park Hotel Kenmare is one of Ireland’s most iconic, luxurious five-star hotels, offering panoramic bay and mountain views in the center of the heritage and picturesque town of Kenmare, County Kerry. The hotel features 41 unique guest rooms and suites, five dining venues, a deluxe destination spa, a lap pool, an infinity pool and a private cinema.
