Two D.C. offices sell for $510m
Dweck Properties Ltd. is under contract to sell two properties in Washington, D.C., for a sales price of $510 million, according to Real Capital Analytics. The buyer was undisclosed. Sage Capital Advisors is the seller’s broker.
The larger of the two offices is located at 300 New Jersey Ave. NW and totals 255,904 square feet; the property is selling for $282.8 million, or $1,105 per square foot. The 10-story CBD office is 97 percent occupied. Major tenants include Siemens, Business Roundtable and Carr Workplaces.
The second office property is the 205,580-square-foot America’s Square, which is selling for $227.2 million or $1,105 per square foot, and includes a 465-space underground garage. The seven-story CBD office is 97 percent occupied. Major tenants include Jones Day and Comcast Corp. It was built in 1935 and renovated in 1999.
