TwentyTwo Real Estate Partners has opened a third U.K. real estate fund to investors, according to an SEC Form D filed on Dec. 3.
The fund, known as TwentyTwo Real Estate Fund III SCSp-RAIF, will invest in properties in Europe, focusing on CBD office, logistics, mixed-use and multifamily properties. TwentyTwo has set a $607.5 million fundraising target for Fund III.
TwentyTwo Real Estate is an independent privately-held real estate firm that invests in core and core-plus; value-add and opportunistic; and real estate debt strategies, according to the firm’s website.
