Turner & Townsend, the global professional services company, has been appointed by Shell Real Estate as its sole global provider of program management office (PMO), project management and cost and commercial management services for the next five years.
Turner & Townsend will support Shell Real Estate to manage and deliver a capital program across its real estate portfolio, spanning more than 11 million square meters (Tk million square feet) of offices, laboratories, accommodation and industrial facilities at energy-related sites in more than 60 countries.
This includes delivering world-class workplaces at flagship assets in Shell Centre London, Shell Woodcreek Houston, The Hague Campus and Shell Business Operations Bangalore.
This re-appointment deepens a 30-year relationship between the two firms and reflects Shell’s desire to build strategic, long-term, global collaborations with key suppliers.
