TSB Realty has completed the sale of Villas on Rio, a 279-unit, 858-bedroom ultra-luxury student housing community located near the University of Texas in Austin’s popular West Campus neighborhood. An affiliate of Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC, purchased the property from Villas Student Housing.
