Logistics real estate investment manager Tritax Group has appointed Tim O’Reilly as director of strategic power.
As Tritax seeks new innovative ways to deliver more sustainable, energy-efficient logistics space, O’Reilly will help optimize the operational and maintenance structures across the group’s existing and future assets to maximize power delivery and reliability and provide customers with more cost-effective power solutions.
O’Reilly will also be key to optimizing the power capabilities on Tritax Big Box’s U.K. development parks and to helping its investment portfolio customers enhance future power options in a sustainable way.
