Tritax Big Box REIT has sold three logistics assets to two separate purchasers for a total consideration of €84 million ($98 million).
The properties include:
Wolseley, Baker Business Park in Ripon, comprising 221,763 square feet
DHL, Langley Mill in Nottingham, comprising 255,680 square feet
Whirlpool, Warth Park in Raunds, comprising 473,263 square feet
