Transwestern and Stanmore Partners to develop garden-style multifamily project in Texas

Transwestern Investment Group (TIG) and Stanmore Partners have joined forces to develop a 336-unit multifamily project in Round Rock, Texas.

The property, known as Stanmore Warner Ranch, will feature seven garden-style buildings and will offer tenants a high-end community amenity package, including a resident lounge, business center, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, courtyards with outdoor seating and a dog park.

The interior units will feature a class A finish-out consisting of custom shaker-style kitchen cabinetry, chrome hardware, hard-surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring and washer/dryer sets.

The four-story buildings are situated along the Interstate 35 corridor and are well-positioned near several of North Austin’s top employers, including Dell’s world headquarters, Emerson Process Management, St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, Apple and Samsung.
