An affiliate of Transwestern Development Co. has lined up $30 million of construction financing for the development of an apartment project in West Palm Beach, Fla., reported South Florida Business Journal.
The project will span up eight stories, totaling 212,120 square feet, including 217 apartments in 92,305 square feet and 6,400 square feet of retail space. There will also be 178 parking spaces.
Bank OZK provided capital to fund the construction.
