Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) and Seavest Healthcare Properties have broken ground on The Medical Pavilion II, a five-story, 97,000-square-foot medical office building at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Md.
The class A medical destination, anchored by Adventist HealthCare, will be home to a full range of specialty and preventative care services when it is completed in early 2022. It will provide easy access from Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., with a dedicated exit off the Capital Beltway.
“National Harbor is an ideal location for this advanced outpatient facility. It is easily assessable accessible from points in Prince Georges County as well as Washington, D.C., and Virginia. National Harbor provides a superior patient and visitor experience as there is a range of nearby amenities available to patients and their families.
