Trammell Crow completes Seattle life sciences development

Trammell Crow Co., in partnership with Washington Capital Management, on behalf of their clients, has completed the Boren Lofts in Seattle. The life sciences research building, which spans 10 stories and 136,217 square feet, is located at 1930 Boren Ave. in Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood.

“Boren Lofts is a unique project located in one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle.
