Trammell Crow Company debuts first logistics development in Europe

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has completed its first logistics project in Europe.

The development is located on a 13,787-square-meter (148,402-square-foot) site in Granollers, Spain, near Barcelona, a prime area in the Catalonia region for industrial and logistics assets. The site was acquired in an off-market transaction in May 2022 and has been transformed into a grade-A, environmentally sustainable warehouse development. The warehouse provides a clear storage height of 11.5 meters (38 feet) and features rooftop photovoltaics and solar water heating systems.

Coinciding with the warehouse’s completion, TCC signed a lease for 8,601 square meters (92,580 square feet) to AGCO Iberia. The parent company, AGCO Corp., is a U.S. agricultural machinery manufacturer that designs, produces and sells tractors, combine harvesters, foragers, hay tools, self-propelled sprayers, smart farming technologies, seeding and tillage equipment.
