Tommy Lee has been promoted to head of capital markets at Trammell Crow Co. (TCC).
Lee, who was named a principal in January, will continue to be responsible for all equity-related partnerships, programs and relationships and will now work more closely with the team that focuses on TCC’s construction lending partners.
Lee first joined TCC in 2013, working for the Houston business unit as a senior associate, where he worked on several notable office developments in that market, including Energy Center Three, Four and Five, and Noble Energy Center II. After a brief stint away from the firm working with Boston Properties in the Northeast, Lee rejoined TCC in 2017, working out of CBRE’s New York office as vice president in the capital markets group.
Lee attended Georgetown University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science from the McDonough School of Business and his Master’s in Real Estate Development and Finance.
