Trammell Crow Co. is planning to develop the Mockingbird Station East residential property in Dallas.
Mockingbird Station East includes four towers. Details state one tower will be 22 stories with 481 apartment units. The first phase includes constructing a three-level underground parking garage to replace the surface lots, where the new towers will be built. Once completed, work can begin on the towers.
Chicago-based developer Convexity Properties is already building a 28-story apartment tower as part of its 12-acre project adjoining the DART line.
Dallas Area Rapid Transit board members approved the plan to build an underground parking garage with residential and commercial towers on surface parking lots at SMU/Mockingbird Station in December.
