by Andrea Zander

Trammell Crow Co. and its joint venture partner, Clarion Partners, have plans to construct a 255,704-square-foot industrial building in Northwest Houston known as Seton Lake Logistics Center.

The project is located on Highway 249 at Seton Lake Drive, one mile south of the Beltway 8/Highway 249 interchange, in the heart of Houston’s Northwest submarket. The Northwest submarket is the largest and most diverse industrial submarket in the region.

Construction is slated to begin in second quarter 2022 and to be completed in first quarter 2023.

Seton Lake Logistics Center includes one high-quality, concrete, tilt-wall office/warehouse building situated on 16.8 acres of land. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the industrial building will incorporate best-in-class design featuring a 32-foot clear height, 420-foot building depth, 52-foot wide column spacing, trailer parks and an ESFR sprinkler system.
