Trammell Crow, Clarion Partners acquire 1.2msf industrial park in Denver

Trammell Crow Co. along with capital partner Clarion Partners has closed on the land that will be used to build 104th Commerce Park, a 1.17-million-square-foot industrial park located at 104th Avenue, just east of the intersection of State Highway 85 and Interstate 76. Terms of the acquisition were not released.

The 89.6-acre vacant site features prime interstate access, highway visibility, and flexibility for industrial users expanding in metro Denver.

“This site provides a new opportunity for industrial infill development, with an accessible location to reduce drive times for transportation routes in every direction, and at significantly competitive pricing to the Central Submarket,” said Bill Mosher, senior managing director of Trammell Crow Company’s Denver Business Unit.
