Trammell Crow Co., with its joint venture partner Clarion Partners, has started construction on Knox Logistics VII, a state-of-the-art, 1.1 million-square-foot speculative class A logistics building. The development is located at the intersection of Interstate 215 and Cajalco Expressway in Riverside County, Calif.
The Knox Logistics VII project is situated on 73 acres and will include 40-foot clear height, an eight-inch floor slab, cross-dock loading, 185-foot secured concrete truck courts, ESFR fire sprinklers, abundant auto and trailer parking, easy freeway access, and many other state-of-the-art features.
