Tower Peak Partners, a global investment firm, has launched a new intellectual property investment strategy and appointed Elisa Alvares as managing partner and CIO for global rights and intellectual property (GRIP).
Alvares previously founded Jacaranda Group, a London-based investment advisory firm assisting family offices and investment firms in their direct investments in the media and entertainment, media-tech, sports and other IP-related sectors. She also has more than 20 years as a media and entertainment financier, is a qualified lawyer and has been credited as a film and TV producer, working with Oscar-winning production companies with a history of commercial success.
