Daiwa House Industry has purchased the industrial property at 1-2-10 Shiohama Koto-ku in Tokyo for $251.8 million. The seller was the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.
The three buildings, totaling 634,613 square feet, will be demolished.
Recently, Daiwa House Industry sold six industrial properties for ¥43.1 billion ($36 million) to the Daiwa House REIT Investment Corp. in separate transactions.
