Titan Development Real Estate fund I has announced that its self-storage project at Ladera Road and Unser Blvd. in Albuquerque, N.M., has opened. The project is the fourth self-storage project to be completed by the fund.
The project will meet a growing need in the city for high-quality self-storage. Extra Space Storage Ladera Road & Unser Blvd. is a 103,000-square-foot, 100 percent climate-controlled facility. The site is located at a prominent intersection that sees 45,000 vehicles per day. The property includes electronic access, covered loading area, perimeter fencing, video cameras, and a retail center that sells moving and packing supplies.
