Titan Development, a Southwest real estate investment and development firm, has formed a joint venture partnership with Aberg Property Company and broken ground on The Trailhead at Chisholm Trail Ranch, a luxury multifamily development in Fort Worth, Texas.
This is Titan’s first multifamily project in Fort Worth and follows the company’s successes in multifamily, industrial and self-storage projects across Texas and the Southwest.
The Trailhead complex is part of Chisholm Trail Ranch, a 625-acre master-planned community located just west of the Chisholm Trail Parkway that features high-end retail and restaurant options, a park, community center and an extensive hiking/biking trail system linking local parks and schools.
