Titan Development has broken ground on Building 6 at the Titan Innovation Business Park Phase 2 in Hutto, Texas, one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation and a growing hub for industrial innovation.
Targeted for completion in late 2022, Building 6 is a state-of-the-art, class A industrial facility spanning 197,621 square feet, with a rear-load configuration, 32-foot ceiling height, 54 dock-high doors, ESFR sprinklers, and building dimensions of 210 feet x 936 feet.
Joe Iannacone, vice president of development at Titan, said, “We’re excited to see this second phase come alive so quickly.
