Tishman Speyer announced it has acquired 2010 West End Ave., a 358-apartment building within walking distance to Vanderbilt University and Nashville’s premier medical district.
Originally developed in 2021 by CA Ventures, Tishman Speyer acquired the 25-story Midtown Nashville property, including 6,000 square feet of street-level retail, for $112 million in an off-market deal. Tishman Speyer’s acquisition of 2010 West End was partly financed by a $67.2 million loan from Corebridge.
2010 West End features luxury apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. The community also offers a wide range of amenities, including a rooftop pool, hot tub, fitness center, co-working space, lounge and dog run. Tishman Speyer plans to invest in targeted operational and physical enhancements, including an expanded lobby and improved amenities.
“The acquisition of 2010 West End Avenue is an ideal complement to our growing multifamily and value-added investment strategie
