Three U.S. institutional investors were involved in three real estate transactions.
On the selling side, Orange County Employees Retirement System sold Pointe Plaza, a shopping center in Niles, Ill. The buyer was Stockbridge Capital Group. An official statement was not released; however, it has been reported the sales price was approximately $50.3 million. According to Real Capital Analytics, CBRE represented the seller.
