Thor Equities Group has sold 350 Cypress Hill Drive, a 301,796-square-foot class A industrial property on over 16 acres in McKinney, Texas. The new owner and financial terms were not disclosed.
Featuring 190 parking spaces, 52 overhead doors, two drive-in doors, and a 130-foot truck court, the desirable structure in the Dallas-Fort Worth submarket also includes LED lighting, 32-foot clear heights, and build-to-suit office space. In addition to multiple modern amenities, including ESFR sprinklers, the property includes 24 bays and a 130-foot concrete truck apron.
