Thompson Thrift, a full-service nationally recognized real estate company, announced the sale of Taylor Farms, a 276-unit, class A multifamily community 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte, N.C. Northmarq brokered the sale to Atlanta-based Mesa Capital Partners.
