Thibault Sauvage has joined Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) as a director, infrastructure debt after a six-year stint at UBS.
At UBS, Sauvage was the director, infrastructure debt — asset management, serving as portfolio manager for the Archmore Infrastructure Debt Platform. Before that, he held several roles at HSBC in France during a five-year period.
In his new role, Sauvage will take over the origination and execution of infrastructure debt investments for Europe and the United Kingdom.
“I am delighted to announce that I am starting a new chapter of my career at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), where I joined the infrastructure debt team reporting to Marie-Noel Ouellet,” said Sauvage in a recent posting on LinkedIn. “I remain based in London and I will be responsible for pursuing the coverage and deployment efforts for infrastructure private debt investments across Europe.”
