The True Life Cos. sells northern San Diego County residential property site to Tri Pointe Homes

The True Life Cos. (TTLC) has announced the recent sale of Vista Melrose via assignment of its purchase and sale agreements to Tri Pointe Homes. The 5.27-acre parcel is in the southern region of the city of Vista, Calif., along the Melrose Avenue corridor in northern San Diego County. Tri Pointe Homes has plans to build 41 single-family homes.

Close to Carlsbad, Calif., and home to more than 800 companies, Vista includes major high-tech manufacturing and R&D and top organizations such as Callaway Golf, Medical Group North and public employers for Vista Unified School District.
