The Mishra Group has acquired Thompson Square, a 69,448-square-foot retail center located in Tupelo, Miss.
JLL represented the seller, Midland Atlantic Properties.
Thompson Square, located at 960 Barnes Crossing Rd., is anchored by an established and high-performing Kroger and features an array of national and regional shop tenants including Enterprise, Buff City Soap, Republic Finance and Allstate, along with a high-performing Chick-Fil-A.
The 100 percent-occupied retail center sits at the heart of the Tupelo retail hub.
