The Dermot Co. acquires 350-unit multifamily property near West Palm Beach, Fla.

The Dermot Company (Dermot) has acquired The Quaye at Wellington, a 350-unit multifamily property in Wellington, Fla. The Village of Wellington is known as the winter equestrian capital of the world and is home to the National Polo Center.

Located 25 minutes west of West Palm Beach, The Quaye at Wellington received a Gold-level certification from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) based on the National Green Building Standard (NGBS), a third-party certified, residential building standard that provides a flexible and affordable way to verify green construction practices.

The Dermot Company plans to invest significantly in The Quaye at Wellington to continue to maintain its already high operating standards and attract new tenants to the property by investing in and adding to the amenity spaces and updating the branding and signage.
