by Charles Haase

Diversification remains the primary rationale for allocating to real estate. However, macroeconomic and geopolitical risks pose significant concerns for global investors in 2025, as highlighted by the ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey 2025. This is unsurprising given ongoing conflicts across various regions, which contribute to instability. The survey highlights an evolving investment landscape, with a strong focus on sustainability, diversification and strategic positioning.
