TH Real Estate, a real estate investment manager, has launched its newest real estate investment vehicle, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
The new fund, CASA Partners VIII, is a value-added real estate fund that will invest in multifamily properties throughout the United States. The fund has raised $100 million so far, according to the filing.
TH Real Estate’s U.S. multifamily housing investment platform serves numerous funds and mandates. The fund’s predecessor, CASA Partners VII, held a $245 million in 2017. CASA Partners VI closed in 2014 after raising $260 million in equity from investors, while CASA Partners V closed in 2012 with $155 million.
