The Teacher Retirement System (TRS) of Texas has committed $100 million to HSREP VIII Co-Investment 2, an opportunistic real estate fund managed by Harrison Street.
HSREP VIII Co-Investment 2 was opened in March, according to Bizapedia. The fundraising target and investment strategy could not be gleaned at the time of publication.
Texas TRS said Harrison Street is an existing manager for the pension fund.
