Texas Permanent commits $75m to industrial fund

Texas Permanent School Fund has committed $75 million to Exeter Industrial Value Fund IV, according to spokeswoman Debbie Ratcliffe.

Exeter Industrial Value Fund IV is a value-added fund managed by Exeter Property Group that focuses on industrial assets, including warehouses and multi-tenant logistics facilities in primary U.S. markets. The fund is seeking to raise $1 billion in equity commitments and has raised $225 million so far.

The fund previously received a $25 million commitment from the $2.7 billion San Antonio Fire & Police Pension in May 2016.

The fund’s predecessor, Exeter Industrial Value Fund III, held a final close in September 2014, raising $830.9 million in equity commitm
