Texas ERS makes follow-on commitment to Blue Vista City Select Fund

The Employees Retirement System (ERS) of Texas has disclosed a $50 million private real estate commitment during the month of September.

The pension fund made a $50 million re-up commitment to Blue Vista City Select Fund, managed by Blue Vista Capital Management. During the month of August, Texas ERS committed $100 million to the fund.

Blue Vista partners with a wide variety of institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments/foundations, insurance companies, wealth managers and corporations. The firm offers a range of product types and risk profiles across its student housing, middle-market equity and real estate credit platforms, which includes commingled funds, separate accounts and joint venture opportunities.
