TerraPower and Sabey Data Centers form strategic partnership to deploy nuclear plants

TerraPower, a nuclear innovation company, and Sabey Data Centers (SDC), a joint venture between Sabey Corp. and National Real Estate Advisors (NREA), have formed a strategic collaboration agreement to leverage advanced nuclear Natrium plants into SDC’s current and future data center operations.

TerraPower broke ground on America’s first advanced nuclear project in 2024 near a retiring coal facility in Wyoming. The strategic collaboration includes exploring new Natrium plants in the Rocky Mountain region and Texas to support growing power needs for SDC-owned data centers.

TerraPower and SDC are planning to explore multiple project execution structures to meet the exponential demand in data center energy needs with TerraPower’s innovative advanced nuclear + storage Natrium technology.
