The City of Nuremberg has launched tenders seeking a consultant for a public-private partnership (P3) school project in Nuremberg, Germany, according to InfraPPP.

The consultant will provide technical and economic consulting services for the Tiefes Feld school PPP project, which will involve construction of a new educational facility consisting of a six-class high school, an elementary school and several outdoor sports areas.

The project will include planning, construction, financing and building management over a 25-year period. Structural implementation is slated for 2025, with commissioning expected for the 2027–2028 school year.
