Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has hired Marney Coleman as sustainability manager. Coleman, based in Chicago, will partner with James Murray-Coleman, director of sustainability at TCC, to help drive the firm’s strategies around sustainability, focusing on the decarbonization of TCC’s portfolio of industrial, office and multifamily projects.

“We are excited to welcome Marney to Trammell Crow Company, where she joins a team that is passionate about guiding the business towards its goal of being a net-zero developer by 2040,” said Murray-Coleman. “As the largest developer in the United States, TCC influences the way buildings are designed, built and operated, and we have a responsibility to decarbonize our platform and to future-proof our projects on behalf of our investors, tenants and partners. I look forward to working with Marney to further develop our firm’s sustainability practices in the U.S. and across the globe.”
