TCC/Diamond Realty JV breaks ground on 323,750-sf industrial development in New Hampshire

Trammell Crow Company and joint venture partner Diamond Realty Investments broke ground on 50 Robert Milligan Parkway (50 RMP); an official ceremony was hosted on May 18. Construction is now under way on the 323,750-square-foot class A industrial building, which will deliver in fourth quarter 2023. The joint venture closed on the land for the development in December 2022.
