Trammell Crow Company and takeout partner STAG Industrial have broken ground on a 300,000-square-foot industrial development, located at 100-200 Powell Road in Gibsonton, Fla. The two-building project sits on separate 18- and 12-acre sites. The facilities are slated to be delivered in the third quarter of 2024.
100 and 200 Powell will be single-story, market-leading warehouses offering 160,000 square feet and 140,000 square feet, respectively. Features include 32-foot clear height, office space that will be delivered move-in ready and a truck court with ample trailer parking. The facilities will be LEED certified.
Project partners include C4 Architecture as the architect of record, Welbro Building Corporation as the general contractor, Atwell as the civil engineers and DMS as the LEED consultant. CBRE and JLL were involved in securing the opportunities. STAG Industrial has engaged the Tampa office of CBRE to market the properties for lease.
