Tareen Development Partners announces groundbreaking of 82-unit apartment complex in North St. Paul

Tareen Development Partners announced the groundbreaking of the Article No. 7 project, an 82-unit apartment complex located on the corner of 7th Ave. East and Helen Street in North St. Paul, Minn. The groundbreaking ceremony took place last week.

Article No. 7 aims to revitalize the North St. Paul neighborhood by providing modern, high-quality housing options for residents. The complex will offer a comfortable and convenient living experience for individuals and families alike. The name Article No. 7 is a nod to the original building, which housed the Lillie Suburban Newspapers, and “No. 7” is for the building’s location at North and 7th Ave.
