TA Realty has appointed Anne Peck as vice president and head of environment, social, governance and resiliency (ESG+R) efforts.
Peck will also lead development of the firm’s measurable annual ESG+R goals and drive implementation of their corresponding roadmap on the corporate level to ensure integration of ESG+R throughout the company as well as across the assets it manages.
With over 20 years’ experience, Peck comes to TA Realty from AEW Capital Management where she served most recently as vice president, head of architecture & engineering with oversight for all physical, environmental, climate risk and sustainability initiatives for acquisitions, dispositions, capital improvements, and new construction development projects. And previously, Peck held positions at Cambridge Housing Authority, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Bovis Lend Lease.
