Geneva-based Quaero Capital has held a first close of €50 million ($53.8 million) for its European infrastructure fund, according to a statement. The fund is seeking to raise €200 million.
The fund will be structured as a fonds professionnel de capital investissement and will invest in small to mid-sized transport, social infrastructure, telecom, utilities and energy projects. The fund will target greenfield and brownfield assets
