SVN International Corp. is marketing SVN | SFR Capital Fund I, a first-of-its-kind $1 billion opportunistic aggregation fund set to acquire and invest in approximately 4,000 to 5,000 new construction build-for-rent (BFR) single-family homes in addition to existing asset single-family residential portfolios across the United States.
McIntyre Capital Partners has signed an agreement to act as the exclusive placement agent for SVN | SFR Capital Fund I.
