Sushil Puria has joined Sendero Capital to lead acquisitions and portfolio growth initiatives across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States.
In his new role, Puria will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring medical outpatient properties to expand Sendero’s established presence in the Northeast and strategically grow the platform into key target markets in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He will work closely with institutional owners, health systems, private investors and brokers to identify core, core-plus and value-added opportunities aligned with Sendero’s investment strategy.
Puria brings more than 15 years of healthcare real estate experience, having successfully closed to more than $2.2 billion in medical outpatient transactions nationwide. Most recently, he served as executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on investment sales of medical outpatient buildings. Before that, he spent 15 years at Healthcare Realty Trust
