Sugar Hill Capital Partners buys Harlem apartment buildings for $250m

E&M Associates has sold a Harlem, N.Y., apartment portfolio to Sugar Hill Capital Partners for $250 million, according to The Real Deal, citing anonymous sources.

The buildings are concentrated on the blocks just north of the northwest corner of Central Park, between Manhattan and St. Nicholas’ avenues.

E&M Associates has been actively selling its assets. In February, the firm sold a 21-building portfolio in Harlem to Isaac Kassirer for $85 million.

E&M Associates is a property management company in Brooklyn.

Sugar Hill Capital Partners is a full-service real estate development and operating company, based in Harlem.
