Clarion Partners has paid $355 million for the 830,000-square-foot industrial building at 135 American Legion Highway in the Boston suburb of Revere, Mass., reported local media outlets.
The seller was a joint venture between Atlantic Management and VMB Cos.
The 50-acre site formerly served as the Necco candy manufacturing plant. It has been leased to Amazon Logistics to be converted into a delivery station for greater Boston.
