StratCap Wireless, a digital infrastructure company, is converting its Strategic Wireless Infrastructure Fund II from a private REIT to a nonlisted, perpetual-life REIT, StratCap Digital Infrastructure REIT.
StratCap Digital Infrastructure REIT will acquire and manage digital infrastructure assets, such as data centers, cell towers and fiber networks. As of Sept. 30, 2024, the nonlisted REIT had $123 million in total assets under management.
StratCap is an investment management platform that focuses on acquiring, building and managing telecom infrastructure assets.
