Stos Partners, a commercial real estate investment and management firm specializing in value-add investments, announced its acquisition of 640 Massman Drive, a 169,855-square-foot, class B industrial warehouse in Nashville’s Airport industrial submarket, for $25.93 million. The infill property is currently 100 percent leased to a single tenant.
The acquisition strengthens Stos Partners’ growing presence in Tennessee and expands the firm’s national portfolio of opportunistic industrial assets.
